Happy Birthday to my husband, Jeremy, who continuously reminds me that I’m older than he is (by 10 1/2 months). Well guess what baby, we are the same age today….for a month and a half! Welcome to geiserville! :)

Y’all chime in and leave him a birthday wish is you have a moment! He’s not much on fanfare so getting to read some birthday wishes will be fun for ~~him~~ me. He’s spending the day fishing which is one of his favorite activities.

Trendy Tuesday – Canopy Chairs

Happy Trendy Tuesday y’all! Today we’re going to highlight Canopy Chairs. I have seen them all over the place in magazines lately.

I tend to be a more relaxed and traditional person so these don’t really fit my design aesthetic. To each his own. These chairs look very familiar to me….what do you think? Are they somewhat reminiscent of the tilt a whirl (or in my case, the whirl and hurl)?

Not one of my brighter moments

I spent last week making a stamp for my muslin sample bags so that when I mail samples to clients, they’ll have some branding on the bag. It took me FOREVER to carve my stamp out with an exacto knife but I was very happy with how it looked in the end. A large custom stamp will run around $70.00 and I made my stamp for $3.99……yay!!! Clearly I was not thinking ahead because when I inked my stamp up to try it out, this is what I discovered. Like I said, not one of my brighter moments. Argh!
